The History Of Marshall The First Fifty Years ~ I guess its a little bit of a grey area I can see your point However Mike Doyle starts the preface Its been 11 years since my first and it does say First Edition July 1993 in the inside cover So I think the author considered it his second book But I think your right even Doyle considered it the second version of this work
